Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Digital Wealth Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery within the Group TMRW Build team. You will bring in-depth digital wealth knowledge, partner with business product owners, technology, design and platform owners to shape new capabilities and improve client experiences.

The role emphasizes prioritization, backlog management, governance, and thinking creatively with data analytics to iteratively enhance journeys.

Qualifications

University degree + 8+ years in consumer or private banking with team leadership.
PMP, Design thinking/ LEAN, Agile certifications preferred.
Experience as business lead/product owner for digital capabilities implementations.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management; proficient with JIRA/Confluence.
Knowledge of digital service interaction models and the Private Bank/Wealth management landscape.

Responsibilities

End-to-end execution of Digital Wealth product capabilities as SME for the TMRW Build team.
Prioritization and backlog management with Business heads and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of Digital Wealth TMRW experiences and capabilities.
Ensure governance, DoR, and high-quality user stories; drive end-to-end delivery.
Demonstrate thought leadership and innovate journeys for Digital Wealth TMRW.
