Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated advertising, or agency account leadership.
• Significant experience managing large, complex client portfolios.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.
• Experience leading successful new business pitches is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, platforms, technologies, and consumer behaviours.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability.
• Guide cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, content, technology, CRM, and performance marketing.
• Ensure campaigns meet agreed KPIs and deliver measurable business impact.
• Drive continuous optimisation through testing, analytics, and reporting.
• Own revenue growth and profitability across assigned client portfolio.
• Develop accurate forecasts, resource plans, and account budgets.
• Monitor project financial performance, including scope, utilisation, and margins.
• Support new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.
