Job summary

Debia, a leading Singapore payment gateway, is seeking a Digital Growth Marketing Director to lead our digital advertising and marketing strategy across paid, owned, and organic channels to strengthen brand visibility, generate marketing-qualified enquiries, and improve digital acquisition performance across SMEs, retailers, F&B businesses, and e-commerce merchants.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or Degree in related fields is a plus.

• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Willingness to develop capabilities in digital advertising, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth objectives, targets, KPIs, and resource plans aligned with priorities.
• Develop e-commerce campaign priorities for merchants, SMEs, and retailers to support lead generation.
• Shape digital brand positioning, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Lead SEO and SEM by analyzing demand, keywords, and landing-page performance.
• Set website and digital experience priorities to strengthen lead generation.
• Analyze merchant industries and market opportunities to define priorities and channels.
• Assess competitor offerings and marketing strategies to strengthen positioning.
• Evaluate channels, investments, and performance to guide resource allocation.
• Oversee marketing resources and governance across content, social, search, site, and ads.
• Define MQE definitions, tracking, categorization, and handover to internal teams.
