PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering in Singapore seeks a Senior Marketing Communications Executive to be the digital heartbeat of the hotel, owning social media and keeping our website and online platforms sharp. You’ll bring the brand to life across touchpoints and collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing Communications.

This hands-on role requires comfort behind a camera, in a CMS, and briefing agencies under tight deadlines, shaping online and offline brand presence for a luxury

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• 2+ years in social media management, digital marketing or digital content, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
• Hands-on with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn; familiarity with RedNote and Dianping a plus.
• Excellent English writing and strong visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Photography and videography eye with basic editing skills (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels end to end across multiple platforms.
• Plan monthly content calendars and create photo, video and copy content.
• Support paid social campaigns from agency coordination to performance tracking.
• Deliver data-driven performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Manage community engagement with brand-appropriate tone.
• Own website content via CMS and maintain landing pages and listings.
• Audit digital presence for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate photography and videography production and assets.
• Support awards submissions and collateral alignment.
