Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Singapore Novena is seeking a Senior/Executive, Marketing Communications to oversee marketing communications, liaise with agencies, and maximise advertising investments while upholding brand identity locally and internationally.

The role includes driving occupancy, revenue, and market share through digital channels, media relations, and strategic partnerships with vendors and departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing and Communications or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience; higher for senior role.
• Familiar with digital trends and marketing channels/tools.
• Strong knowledge of digital best practices, web analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
• Experience with website analytics tools and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

Responsibilities

• Hit all KPIs for personal/team sales and marketing, including social media presence and ROI.
• Create and implement marketing communications plans that drive occupancy and revenue.
• Produce monthly reports on activities, analyze markets and coordinate to increase revenue.
• Strengthen customer relationships through social media and monitor competitors.
• Develop and implement KOL outreach programmes for Singapore and key source markets.
• Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule with metrics.
• Respond to guests' feedback promptly and professionally.
• Communicate sustainability aspects to gain new marketing opportunities.

What's the job?

The Senior / Executive, Marketing Communications will oversee marketing-related communication programs, work with advertising agencies, consulting firms, and vendors to maximise advertising investments and ensure ads represent brand identity and raise the awareness and reputation of hotel and the brand locally and internationally.

The Senior / Executive, Marketing Communications will act as hotel representative for media related enquiries and identify improvements to marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with other departments.

Your day-to-day

• Hit all personal/team sales and marketing KPIs eg. social media presence, digital marketing ROI and maximize profitability.
• Create and implement marketing communications plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates and increase volume in food and beverage.
• Produce monthly reports on marketing communications activities, analyse current/potential market and coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share.
• Strengthen customer relationships through social media, monitoring both hotel, R&Bs and competitors' presence on social media for performance enhancement.
• Develop and implement KOL outreach programmes for Singapore and key source markets.
• Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule with acquisition and engagement metrics in mind.
• Respond to guests' feedback in a prompt and timely manner.
• Effectively communicate and market aspects of the hotel that are sustainable or "green" and use information to gain new marketing opportunities.

What we need from you

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing and Communications or related field.
• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience. Candidates with better experience may be considered for a higher role.
• Familiar with digital trends and digital marketing channels/tools. Broad and up-to-date understanding of digital performance marketing channels preferred.
• Must possess strong understanding of digital best practices, web analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
• Experience with website analytics tools and possess strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
