Job summary

Singapore Post Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product to lead fast, engineering-adjacent squads across Mobile App, Web, and physical touchpoints. You will translate design wireframes into precise JIRA specs, manage augmented design teams, and enforce strict UAT/staging release gates.

In this hands-on role you will structure user stories, drive sprint velocity, and ensure what is built matches the master intent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a digital product management lead role.
• Advanced JIRA and agile skills with release management.
• Ability to craft clear technical specs and user stories.
• Solid understanding of UI layouts, Flexbox, and APIs.
• Telemetry, event tracking, and data validation experience.
• AI tooling proficiency to accelerate PM output.
• Logistics or multi-step checkout experience is a plus.
• Experience extracting design tokens with Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and delivery roadmap in JIRA with rigor.
• Lead sprint ceremonies to sustain high velocity.
• Translate wireframes into granular engineering specs.
• Validate UAT and ensure design tokens align.
• Coordinate external vendor squads into roadmap.
• Define scopes with Tech Lead to avoid guesswork.
