TDCX in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Owner to oversee end-to-end digital products, collaborating with the Squad Leader to set priorities and drive delivery. You'll work with cross-functional teams to create products that deliver measurable value for customers and the business.

The role requires 4-5 years in digital product roles with direct ownership, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in Jira and Figma within an agile environment.

• 4-5 years of experience in digital product roles with direct product ownership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end products.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Jira and Figma; familiarity with agile workflows.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and drive product thinking.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior Product Owner over specific digital products end-to-end, aligning with SquadLeader on priorities and delivery.
• Collaborate with squad members to deliver high-quality products that create measurable value for the business and users.
• Lead the full product lifecycle including requirements, design, delivery, and iteration.
• Define features, write user stories, create wireframes, test plans, and release documentation.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Squad Leader.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage delivery expectations.
• Represent products in reviews, demos, and reporting.
• Provide clear direction, unblock the team, and ensure alignment across delivery.
• Foster a collaborative squad culture built on shared ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• Ensure documentation and releases comply with internal quality governance.
