Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business, or Engineering.
• 5 years in product management with full lifecycle track record.
• ≥3 years in business development, account/partner management or presales in technology.
• ≥3 years in customer-facing roles resolving business problems via tech solutions.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional guidance in complex environments.
• Ability to define product strategy, translate vision into actionable roadmaps, and execute.
• Solid skills in market and user research, KPIs/OKRs, data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with digitalization, data-driven products, or customer-facing platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation mindset.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with agile, digital transformation, and enterprise technology projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer's objectives and challenges; partner to assess maturity and applicability of technologies.
• Bridge between customer and organization to develop executable plans from conception to launch.
• Develop new business opportunities by evaluating products, technologies, markets, and partners.
• Create buy-in for product vision internally and with external partners.
• Lead development of product positioning and roadmaps to meet business needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed business requirements and technical roadmaps.
• Implement activities to drive product adoption and mindshare.
• Collaborate with technology team on design, prototyping, testing, and rollout.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs/OKRs to guide decisions and report progress.
