Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Digital, Engineering or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in a Digital Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Management or digital delivery role.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Good understanding of digital customer journeys, web and/or mobile applications.
- Comfortable discussing APIs, system integrations, data flows and technical dependencies at a functional level.
