Job summary

Sciente International Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Product Manager with Business Development experience to drive end-to-end product strategy and delivery across complex digital transformation initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, customer-facing excellence, and a track record of delivering data-driven product outcomes.

You will bridge clients and internal teams to shape roadmaps, evaluate opportunities, and manage partnerships to expand product adoption and market impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business or Engineering.
• 5 years in product management with full lifecycle ownership.
• 3+ years in business development, account or partner management or presales in technology.
• 3+ years in customer-facing roles to resolve business problems via technology.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional guidance in complex environments.
• Ability to define product strategy and translate it into roadmaps.
• Solid skills in market and user research, KPIs/OKRs, and data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with digitalization, data-driven products, or customer-facing platforms.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and innovation mindset; comfortable in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with agile, digital transformation, and enterprise tech projects.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer objectives and assess technology applicability to business challenges.
• Bridge customer and organization to develop executable plans from conception to launch.
• Develop new business opportunities by evaluating products, markets, and partners.
• Create buy-in for product vision with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead development of product positioning and roadmaps to meet business needs.
• Translate strategy into detailed business requirements and technical roadmaps.
• Drive product adoption and promote mindshare among users.
• Collaborate with technology teams through design, prototyping, testing, and rollout.
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to guide decisions and status updates.
• Champion customer-centric design and incorporate user feedback into development.
