Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in digital product management, business analysis, UX/UI design, or web development.
• Experience as product owner in cross-functional agile teams delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Ability to define product vision, manage backlog and prioritize with constraints.
• Proven ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights.
• Strong collaboration with developers and stakeholders; user-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prioritise product roadmap based on user needs and business goals.
• Define success metrics and track engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Review frontend tech stack and ensure performance and maintainability.
• Propose feature enhancements supported by UX research and usability testing.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to implement improvements.
• Create simple design prototypes to communicate ideas.
