Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital product management, business analysis, UX/UI design, or web development.
• Experience as a product owner or in cross-functional agile teams delivering end-to-end product features.
• Ability to define product vision, manage backlogs, and prioritize based on user value and technical constraints.
• Proficient in analysing qualitative and quantitative data to surface actionable insights.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies and ability to engage in code reviews with developers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of product roadmap prioritised by user needs, business objectives and feasibility.
• Define and track product success metrics such as engagement, funnels and retention to guide iterations.
• Review front-end tech stack with developers to ensure portal performance and maintainability.
• Propose feature enhancements supported by UX research and usability testing.
• Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to deliver improvements iteratively.
• Create simple design prototypes to facilitate communication and alignment.
