Job summary

Singapore Post Ltd is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Product to lead an engineering-adjacent, delivery-first squad responsible for high-velocity sprint execution across SingPost’s digital storefronts (Mobile App, Web, and touchpoints). You will translate strategic blueprints into granular JIRA specs and manage augmented development and design teams to enforce uncompromised quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced Jira and Agile mechanics mastery, with hands-on sprint structures and release management.
• Ability to author clear, technically rigorous specifications and user stories.
• Strong understanding of modern UI structures, layout rules, and API payloads.
• Experience defining analytics event tracking matrices and data-layer specs.
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate PM output.

Responsibilities

• Backlog Administration: Own, groom, and maintain the primary DX product backlog and delivery roadmap inside JIRA with absolute rigor
• Sprint Orchestration: Lead all tactical scrum ceremonies to maintain high cross-functional engineering velocity
• Blocker Removal: Proactively identify, track, and clear dependencies that threaten target release dates
• Functional Spec Engineering: Ingest user research and wireframes, transforming them into precise engineering requirements
• User Story Architecture: Deconstruct workflows into structured, estimated JIRA stories with acceptance criteria
• Scope Definition: Define execution scopes with the Tech Lead to avoid guesswork
• UAT Validation Pass: Act as final gatekeeper in Staging/UAT, inspecting views before production
• Design Token Enforcement: Validate front-end code against design tokens and master libraries
• Telemetry Verification: Ensure analytics hooks and event tags are correctly implemented
• Augmentation Alignment: Coordinate day-to-day tasks of augmented UX design generalists
• Delivery Governance: Oversee external vendor squads and integrate blocks into the roadmap
