Job summary

PRUDENTIAL ASSURANCE COMPANY SINGAPORE (PTE) LIMITED is seeking an Architecture leader to envision and develop the long-term architectural direction, with emphasis on platforms and reusable components. The role will translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions and guide end-to-end designs across cloud-native platforms.

Qualifications

• Architecture leader with 7–10 years of experience.
• Translates business strategy into technology solutions.
• Experience with cloud engineering and SRE, preferably Azure.
• Hands-on software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern design patterns (microservices, serverless, data/AI).
• Deep end-to-end architecture understanding.
• Experience with streaming frameworks.
• Familiar with TOGAF or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and high-/low-level designs for systems.
• Lead detailed design specifications for development and modification.
• Define integration patterns and ensure solution adoption.
• Provide technical expertise for application design and iteration.
• Collaborate with Tech & Digital teams on system integration plans.
• Govern security, availability, and performance with cross-team alignment.
