Job summary

CODEX SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead technology strategy and architecture across the organization. You will translate business priorities into scalable blueprints, set engineering foundations, and drive secure, high-performing software across cloud and on-premises environments.

You will shape architecture principles, governance, and reusable accelerators while growing in-house capability and reducing dependency on external delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping technology strategy and architecture direction.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into scalable architecture roadmaps.
• Strong focus on security, performance and maintainability.
• Experience with cloud, private cloud and on-prem environments.
• Proven mentoring of architects and engineers.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive objectives into multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Define organisation-wide architecture principles, reference architectures and blueprints across cloud, private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Ensure architecture supports scalability, modularity, performance, resilience and security.
• Establish governance for architecture reviews, design reviews and engineering practices.
• Define reusable frameworks and accelerators to speed delivery.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen architecture thinking and leadership.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions.
