Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited in Singapore seeks an Enterprise Architect to define and evolve the long-term architectural direction, focusing on platforms and reusable components. You will formulate infrastructure policy and design, and lead end-to-end architecture with strong governance around security and performance.

You will collaborate with Technology & Digital teams, translate business strategy into technology solutions, and drive cloud-native adoption, data/AI, and modern design patterns

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architecture leader with 7–10 years total experience.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technology solutions.
• Experience with cloud engineering and SRE, preferably Azure.
• Hands-on software development and system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern design patterns and architectures such as microservices and serverless.

Responsibilities

• Envision and develop long-term architectural direction with reusable components.
• Formulate infrastructure policy, framework and design for PACS.
• Lead end-to-end designs, define integration patterns and specifications.
• Ensure governance around security, availability and performance; collaborate across teams.
• Provide technical guidance and engage stakeholders on strategic plans.
