Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing communications with local and international clients.
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.
• Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written.
• Ability to create cohesive and persuasive presentations with Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.
• Experience in hospitality industry or programmatic/media agencies preferred.
• Superior communication skills, both internal and client facing.

• Translate client vision into business requirements and coordinate with strategy, creative, and project teams.
• Identify and qualify new revenue opportunities within assigned client accounts.
• Proactively engage clients to identify opportunities and advise on revenue growth as their trusted digital advisor.
• Establish day-to-day working relationships with internal capabilities to grow the business.
• Collaborate with project teams to define scope and ensure quality of services delivered.
• Develop and deliver client-facing proposals and presentations for new initiatives.
• Ensure executional excellence within timelines and manage invoicing per contract terms.
• Apply digital trends and data insights to propose innovative client solutions.
• Balance account needs with avoiding unnecessary expenditures through proactive planning and resources.
