Job summary

Cambiaso Risso Singapore is seeking an Executive in Destination Management to handle both operational and administrative duties within the Destination Management department.

You will report to the Manager and be responsible for bookings, itineraries, invoicing, and coordinating schedules, while supporting planning for ground transport, hotel bookings, and shore excursions. Weekend and holiday work may be required to support cruise guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with relevant experience in cruise management, inbound travel, or hospitality/administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: maintain records of bookings, itineraries, and client communications; prepare invoices and expense reports; coordinate schedules and filing systems.
• Planning & Operations: arrange ground transport, hotel bookings, shore excursions, and related services; assist in rostering and operational planning; perform field work during ship calls or guest visits.
