Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in Singapore seeks a Port Delivery Guides Scheduler to ensure seamless cruise operations across shore excursions, transfers, and land programs. You will coordinate with cruise lines, suppliers and internal teams to confirm requirements and resolve live issues on-site.

Responsibilities include bookings, document control, cost validation and staff scheduling to meet operational plans while upholding Health & Safety standards and brand guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of operations including shore excursions, transfers, land programs and hotel services.
• Liaise with cruise line representatives, shipboard teams and internal stakeholders to confirm requirements.
• Coordinate bookings and confirmations with transport providers, guides and other suppliers.
• Assist with on-site port operations and resolve live operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation and inventory; ensure system updates.
• Support cost control, supplier invoice validation and financial processing.
