Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support our enterprise infrastructure in Singapore. The role is on-site, focusing on client compute devices, cross-platform OS management, and end-user compute environments in a large corporate setting.

You will troubleshoot AD, GPO, JAMF Pro, MDM, and productivity suites, while coordinating with IT security, network teams, and service desk to ensure reliable operations and strong endpoint security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Experience with packaging and deployment across Windows, macOS, Linux (SCCM/Intune/JAMF)
• Knowledge of IT asset management and inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices in a large-scale enterprise.
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF configuration profiles on endpoints.
• Manage user accounts lifecycle and directory maintenance (Active Directory).
• Support Microsoft productivity suite: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook, Office apps.
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM solutions.
• Support videoconferencing solutions and Cisco-based room systems.
• Manage enterprise network printing, scanning-to-email, and finishing units.
• Participate in IT security incident response and patching.
• Plan user/site relocations and site migrations.
• Collaborate with IT security on endpoint compliance and hardening.
• Contribute to EUC automation and service delivery improvements.
