Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Designer - Project Architect to lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation. The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore codes and regulations and experience with design management and contract administration on large public-sector projects.

You will work both independently and in a design team, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and you will prepare tender documents and detailed drawings using AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture, Building/Construction or equivalent.
• Experience in design management, tender documentation and contract administration for public sector or large projects.
• Experience in Architecture detail, Design development and Construction documents.
• Well versed in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max / Vray, Photoshop and other design software.
• Able to communicate effectively in written, oral and graphic form.
• Creative with good design sense, problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and with good time management skills.
