Job summary

DP ARCHITECTS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Architect to lead conceptual and schematic designs, develop proposals, supervise on-site progress, and ensure design quality.

Candidates must hold a recognized degree in architecture, be registered with the Board of Architects Singapore, have at least 5 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in Revit, CAD, SketchUp and Photoshop. The role includes coordinating consultants and liaising with clients.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent as listed by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize concept and schematic designs; feasibility studies and present proposals.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications.
• Competent in construction details and capable of design development.
• Knowledge of Authority codes and requirements.
• Liaise with clients on project-relevant issues.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize concept and schematic designs; Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposals;
• Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
• Competent in construction details, and able to do design development;
• Have an intimate knowledge of Authority code and requirements
• Able to liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with clients;
• Able to liaise, coordinate and lead consultants and contractors;
• Able lead and manage a team of architectural personnel;
• Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
• Ensures design quality.

Requirements

• Registered with Board of Architects, Singapore
• Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university in the list of recognized universities by Board of Architects Singapore;
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience;
• Competent in Revit, CAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop.
