Job summary

Park + Associates is seeking an intermediate Project Architect in Singapore with at least 3 years of local experience and familiarity with Singapore building regulations and authority submissions. The candidate should be highly driven, with excellent communication and strong attention to detail, capable of both teamwork and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
• Work closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages.
• Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities and all other stakeholders.
• Prepare submission drawings to authorities.
• Prepare and produce construction documents and specifications.
• In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion.

An ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in Singapore and familiarity with local building regulations and authority submissions. The candidate would be highly driven and dedicated with excellent communication skills and a great attention to detail. To be successful in the role, the candidate should possess a team-oriented personality and at the same time, be able to work independently.
