Job summary

JGP ARCHITECTURE (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Senior Architect to lead project teams and manage timelines, budgets, and resources for high-rise residential and commercial developments. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, good knowledge of local regulations, and proficiency in BIM software like Revit and AutoCAD. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role. The position offers an opportunity to mentor junior architects and shape innovative designs.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-rise HDB and private condominiums, healthcare / institutional, hospitality & mixed-use commercial developments.
• Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development & detailing.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading project teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• The Senior Architect will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and to develop designs that meet their needs.
• The Senior Architect will also provide technical guidance to project teams and mentor junior architects to ensure that the highest design standards are met.

Requirements

1. Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects.
