Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee strategic technology programs across SEA, driving customer satisfaction and growth. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, delivering high-impact AI-enabled solutions.

You will engage CXO-level stakeholders, navigate complex governance, and ensure alignment with commercial terms while advancing Avanade's delivery capabilities across Microsoft platforms.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of leadership in large project/program delivery.
• Experience leading technology implementations across regions, esp. SEA.
• Strong understanding of contract management and commercial terms.
• Proven ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology programs across multiple countries within a regional delivery model.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to teams and stakeholders.
• Drive delivery excellence by applying AI-enabled capabilities in the SDLC.
