Job summary

Avanade Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the planning, management, and delivery of strategic technology programs across Southeast Asia. You will drive customer satisfaction and growth, mentoring teams while aligning with senior leadership on critical decisions.

You will champion AI-enabled delivery by guiding MS solution engagements, architecture discussions, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology is advantageous.
• 8–10+ years of total experience.
• Proven experience leading regional technology project implementations across 3-5+ countries.
• Strong understanding of contract management and commercial terms.
• Engages confidently with CXO and senior stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft platforms: Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM Power Platform Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex tech programs across multiple countries within a regional delivery model.
• Own end-to-end program delivery: scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual obligations.
• Manage fixed-price projects with governance across scope, planning, financials, risk, and delivery.
• Develop and govern project plans with accurate requirements and lifecycle tracking.
• Identify and mitigate risks and secure senior leadership alignment.
• Guide delivery teams on best practices and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, maintain momentum, and mentor staff to high performance.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage escalations to deliver business outcomes.
• Navigate SEA delivery environments adapting to regional practices and expectations.
