Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Delivery Lead to guide strategic projects across Southeast Asia, driving client satisfaction, and business growth. You will oversee planning, governance, and delivery of complex programs, with emphasis on AI-enabled delivery and cross-functional leadership.

You will mentor teams, manage engagements with CXO-level stakeholders, and ensure Delivery excellence within budget and schedule while supporting sales pursuits and architectural discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/technology fields.
• Extensive experience in leading technology projects and programs.
• Strong understanding of contract management and client expectations.
• Experience delivering ERP/CRM transformations in regional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology programs across multiple countries.
• Own end-to-end delivery within a regional delivery model and adhere to scope, schedule, budget, quality.
• Manage fixed-price and sensitive projects with governance across scope, planning, and costs.
• Develop and govern comprehensive project plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks, securing leadership alignment on key decisions.
• Build trusted C-suite relationships and mentor delivery teams.
