Job summary

Avanade Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Regional Program Delivery Manager for Data & AI focusing on Microsoft Fabric and Purview. You will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data initiatives across SEA, manage fixed-price engagements, and partner with CXOs to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong delivery leadership, regional experience, and a background in AI-enabled SDLC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or technology; hands-on project delivery excellence valued.
8+ to 12+ years of total working experience in technology project delivery.
Experience managing projects in Financial Services is a plus.
Experience delivering technology projects across regional scope (3–5+ countries) is preferred.
Strong contract terms interpretation and client-expectations management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries within a regional delivery model.
Interpret and manage contractual obligations; ensure alignment with scope and commercial terms.
Engage CXO and senior stakeholders; manage escalations and build trusted client relationships.
Apply technical depth in Microsoft Purview to guide delivery and drive decisions.
Drive accountability and delivery momentum across cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
