Job summary

You will mentor teams, apply AI-enabled delivery approaches, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic consulting environment. A strong governance background and fixed-price project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology is preferred.
• 10+ years of total experience in delivery within SI services.
• Experience in Banking AML/KYC and related SDLC/SI spaces.
• Strong project management with timeline execution.
• Experience engaging CXO leadership and managing escalations.
• Experience handling fixed-price project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex technology programs across multiple countries in a regional delivery model.
• Own end-to-end delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Govern fixed-price projects with contractual and commercial governance.
• Develop and govern comprehensive project plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Mitigate risks and align with senior leadership on key decisions.
• Build executive relationships and mentor delivery teams.
