Job summary

You will lead multi-country projects, govern scope and cost, and leverage AI-enabled capabilities within the SDLC to improve delivery outcomes. Strong leadership and contractual acumen are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology; mix of hands-on expertise and education.
• 12+ years of total working experience in technology delivery.
• Proven ability to lead regional technology project implementations.
• Strong understanding of contract management and commercial terms.
• Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and leading offshore/onshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology programs across multiple countries within SEA.
• Own end-to-end program delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Manage fixed-price projects with governance across scope, cost, risk, and delivery quality.
• Develop and govern comprehensive project plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership across delivery teams and clients.
