Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of delivery experience in SI/solution implementations.
• Banking AML/KYC, name screening, and transaction monitoring exposure is a plus in SDLC/SI services.
• Proven engagement with CXO-level stakeholders and strong contract governance.
• AI-enabled delivery capabilities within modern SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology programs across multiple countries.
• Own end-to-end program delivery with scope, schedule, budget, and quality adherence.
• Develop, maintain, and govern detailed project plans; manage risks and issues.
• Mentor teams, engage executives, and foster strong client partnerships.
