Job summary

WPP Media Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Strategy to guide APAC data strategy efforts and AI initiatives for Greater China. The role blends regional leadership with hands-on support for campaign data strategies and AI-enabled activation.

You will collaborate across local, regional and global teams, translating data capabilities into practical media guidance and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, data strategy, audience strategy, marketing technology or a related field.
• Strong experience applying first-party and external data to media strategy, audience development, planning or activation.
• Experience leading capability-building, technology-adoption or transformation workstreams across multiple teams or markets.
• Strong understanding of the Greater China media and marketing landscape; experience supporting China and Taiwan is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC data strategy initiatives across campaigns and activation segments.
• Advise on first-party data adoption, tool usage, and governance.
• Develop education on machine-learning frameworks and data tools for regional teams.
• Deliver localization and campaign support for Greater China AI strategy and adoption.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders, including Google contacts, on AI strategy and governance.
