Job summary

Publicis Groupe Singapore is seeking an Insights & Analytics Manager to lead data intelligence, competitive intelligence and analytics across APAC. You will combine analytical leadership, AI-enabled analytics, data quality and methodology, project management and client advisory.

The Manager will work with large, complex datasets, develop appropriate analytical approaches, and translate results into clear recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders, while advancing AI-powered analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years in analytics, intelligence or research projects.
• Strong SQL, data transformation; BigQuery advantageous.
• Power BI or Looker Studio experience; dashboard design.
• Experience applying AI or AI-assisted analytics.
• Continued AI/analytics learning via courses or projects.
• Strong validation techniques and critical questioning of data.
• Experience managing complex projects with analysts and partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-source data analysis across APAC markets.
• Guide data transformation and analysis in SQL and cloud environments.
• Oversee analytical outputs and dashboards with Power BI or Looker.
• Develop data validation, benchmarking, and normalization methods.
• Evaluate data quality and communicate limitations.
• Translate findings into clear client insights.
• Champion AI-enabled analytics and automate workflows.
• Lead competitive intelligence programmes across markets.
• Manage end-to-end analytics projects; coach analysts.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and clients.
