Job summary

Singtel, via the AIDA unit, seeks a Senior Data Scientist to drive AI/ML initiatives, model development, and data-driven decisioning across mobile, broadband, and entertainment services.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, and external partners to deploy predictive models for customer eligibility, churn, and cross-sell, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring governance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or postgraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Telecom or Insurance analytics experience is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in ML, LLMs, data manipulation, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science initiatives, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and external partners to define problems and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
• Design, build, and productionize analytical models with governance, scalability, and explainability.
• Analyze customer behavior across Singtel services to inform segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle strategies.
• Enable robust data exploration, experimentation, and A/B testing for campaigns.
• Mentor junior data scientists and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality work.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
