Job summary

Singtel, within the AI & Data Analytics (AIDA) unit, seeks a Data Scientist to drive AI/ML model development, insights, and data-driven decisioning across Singtel’s product and service offerings.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Network, Enterprise, Sales, and Product to deploy scalable models and governance, enabling personalized experiences and new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or postgraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Deep technical data science expertise across ML, statistics, and lifecycle analytics.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop/Hive, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in data visualization with Power BI.
• Familiar with software engineering best practices and version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML initiatives supporting Singtel's product and service offerings by working with stakeholders and partners; define problem statements and architect end-to-end solutions.
• Design, build, and productionize analytical models enabling intelligent decisioning within customer journeys; ensure governance, scalability and monitoring.
• Leverage customer behavioral data across Singtel’s services to uncover actionable insights and support lifecycle marketing and campaign optimization.
• Enable robust data exploration, insight discovery, and experimentation for lifecycle marketing campaigns with rigorous A/B tests and segmentations.
• Provide guidance to junior data scientists and collaborate on code reviews to ensure high code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences clearly, from technical teams to senior leadership.
