Job summary

Singtel is launching the AIDA unit to scale AI across the organization. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will design and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions that drive intelligent decision-making across network, customer, and operational domains.

You will develop and operationalize advanced AI/ML models, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor junior team members while ensuring robust governance and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or postgraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Telecom or Insurance analytics experience is a plus.
• Proficient in ML, LLMs, SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop/Hive, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI programs focused on enterprise use cases (pricing optimization, anomaly detection, forecasting).
• Build and productionize scalable AI pipelines and decision systems; ensure governance and monitoring.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive data exploration, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve outcomes.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to code quality and reviews.
