Job summary

Singtel, a leading telecommunications group in Singapore, seeks a Senior Data Scientist for the AIDA unit to design and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions driving intelligent decision-making across business domains. You will build and operationalize advanced AI/ML models and simulation frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage ML, optimization, and Generative AI where applicable, and mentor junior data scientists while ensuring governance, explainability, and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data science or analytics.
• Experience in telecom or insurance analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise AI projects, from problem framing to production deployment.
• Develop and operationalize ML models and AI pipelines at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Mentor junior data scientists and ensure code quality and governance.
