Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director for Data Centre New Build PMC in Singapore. The role leads the PM team, ensuring scope, budget, quality, and safety targets are met across complex data centre build projects.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of project management experience in building construction, with at least 5+ years in data centre or critical infrastructure new builds within a consultancy. Proficiency in Smartsheet, Procore, and ACC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• PMP certification or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of data centre and critical infrastructure PM practices.
• Experience with large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Operational Project Delivery: Manage daily project administration and progress.
• Commercial & Contract Management: Administer main contractor agreements and change control.
• Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement strategy and long-lead equipment delivery.
• Authority Approvals Management: Coordinate submissions to local authorities and track clearances.
• Design Control & Coordination: Align design models with site installation through cross-discipline coordination.
