Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead data centre build scopes, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and maintain clean documentation.

You will manage RFIs, site coordination, meetings, and progress reporting while ensuring compliance with local standards; 5–8 years in construction PM, with 2–3 years on data centres, and proficiency in Procore, Smartsheet, and ACC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.
• PMP training or certification is an advantage.
• 5–8 years of construction project management experience, with 2–3 years on data centres or high-tech facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned construction scopes to match drawings and specs.
• Review RFIs and submittals; coordinate with designers and contractors.
• Conduct daily site coordination and progress walks.
• Lead regular progress, look-ahead, and trade coordination meetings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with KPIs.
• Verify regulatory compliance with local standards (e.g., Singapore standards).
