Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director for Data Centre New Build PMC to lead the commercial, contractual, and technical delivery of data centre projects. You will manage a PMC team to ensure scope, budget, quality, and safety are met while aligning with client strategy.

The role requires 12+ years in project management within building construction, including 5+ years in data centres or critical infrastructure in consultancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• PMP certification or equivalent is required.
• 12+ years of project management experience in building construction.
• 5+ years managing data centre or critical infrastructure projects in a consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project administration to keep milestones on track.
• Lead main contractor contract administration and change management.
• Manage procurement strategy and long-lead infrastructure equipment delivery.
• Coordinate authority submissions with BCA, JTC, PUB, NEA.
• Lead design coordination between client designers, QPs, and contractor teams.
• Align construction with Green Mark for Data Centres Platinum award.
