Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in building construction or project coordination.
• Ability to read architectural blueprints, structural designs, and electrical diagrams.
• Basic understanding of construction workflows from excavation to fit-out.
• Experience using Smartsheet, Procore and ACC for logs and document workflows.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control and CDE for the project.
• Update project logs daily and track RFIs, submittals, variations, and actions.
• Attend project meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
• Support Construction Managers and Project Managers during site walks.
• Coordinate handover documents including O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
