Job summary

Quess Selection & Services in Singapore is seeking a Senior / Solution Manager to drive our technical sales strategy for data centre services, including colocation, connectivity and managed services. In this role you will bridge commercial strategy and engineering, leading solution design, pricing, and presales support.

If you have 5–8 years of data centre experience and strong domain knowledge of data centre services, MEP designs, power and cooling planning, you will be well placed to grow into

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant data centre experience with operators, providers or integrators.
• Strong working-level understanding of data centre services, MEP designs, and power/cooling capacity planning.
• Experience with AI infrastructure considerations and GPU bare-metal is advantageous.
• Certifications in data centre or AI IT domains are a plus.
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Presales & client engagement: work with Sales to scope requirements and deliver compelling solutions and RFP responses.
• Solution architecture: design and validate data centre solutions including rack/power density, cooling, and SLA alignment.
• Commercial strategy & pricing: build competitive pricing structures and manage third-party costs.
• Cross-functional handover: coordinate with Service Delivery, Facilities, Operations and Legal for SOWs and MSAs.
• Market intelligence: monitor pipeline and market shifts to refine product strategies.
