Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore is seeking an experienced Presales Architect to drive CX transformation using Genesys solutions. You will craft demonstrations, map customer needs to offerings, and lead cross-functional presales teams through complex opportunities.

You will run workshops, create design artifacts, and stay current with trends in AI, cloud, and CCaaS to deliver compelling customer value and win deals.

Qualifications

• Technology or Computer Degree and/or certifications relevant to Cloud, SaaS or CCaaS
• Cloud and SaaS platform expertise for CX solutions
• Experience documenting technical artifacts and building presentations

Responsibilities

• Build and document reusable solutions leveraging Genesys solutions, Infrastructure as Code, RESTful APIs, cloud services and modern technologies
• Develop and present dynamic technical demonstrations to executives, stakeholders and influencers
• Understand customer strategies and help drive their business using Genesys solutions
• Run workshops with business users to uncover gaps and opportunities, define projected benefits and present outcomes
• Create customized demos addressing customer needs
• Create Discovery, Architecture and Solution Design Proposal documentation
• Maintain current insights on industry trends and best practices to advise customers through implementation
• Create professional solution design diagrams with assumptions and sizing calculations
• Lead presales teams for large or complex opportunities, coordinating solution consultants, architects, engineers, value consultants and service design leads
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Presales and partners throughout complex sales processes
• Perform detailed discovery, facilitate AI-powered experience orchestration demos and respond to RFx requests
• Map customer technical and functional needs to Genesys solutions, services and consulting offerings
