Job summary

Genesys Singapore seeks a Senior Solution Consultant to turn customer needs into AI-powered Experience Orchestration solutions. You will lead discovery, workshops and compelling demos for executives and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Genesys offerings.

This role blends technical work with customer engagement, requires 5+ years in CRM integration or software implementation, and hands-on API experience across cloud/SaaS platforms. Mandarin is a plus; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience implementing and/or integrating with CRMS, software implementation and/or coding experience.

Responsibilities

Build and document reusable solutions leveraging Genesys Solutions, IaC, RESTful APIs, cloud services and other modern technologies.
Showcase technical expertise with dynamic demonstrations to executives, stakeholders and influencers.
Understand customer strategies and map them to Genesys solutions to drive business outcomes.
Run workshops to uncover gaps, define benefits and present outcomes to all stakeholders.
Create customized demos and documentation such as Discovery, Architecture and Solution Design Proposals.
Maintain up-to-date insights on industry trends and best practices to advise customers during implementation.
Produce solution design diagrams with assumptions and sizing calculations for large opportunities.
Lead a team through Presales activities when needed.
