Job summary

Genesys Singapore is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to drive pre-sales initiatives and design compelling business solutions. You will combine technical insight with business acumen to map customer needs to Genesys capabilities and present value across large deals.

You’ll lead workshops, build demos, and collaborate with sales, presales and partners to address technical and business questions, guiding opportunities to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and/or integrating with CRMs and software.
• Experience building CX solutions using AI techniques and CCaaS components.
• Strong understanding of computing fundamentals and cloud/SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and document reusable solutions leveraging Genesys offerings, IaC, REST APIs and cloud services.
• Develop and present dynamic demos to executives and decision makers.
• Map customer strategies to Genesys solutions and run discovery workshops.
• Create tailored solution designs, architecture diagrams and proposal documents.
• Lead teams on large opportunities, coordinating solution consultants and engineers.
