Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Solutions Consulting or related leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of AI, CCaaS, CX/EX, and digital domains.
• Exceptional communication and data-driven storytelling skills; strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Solution Consultants; foster excellence and customer obsession.
• Partner with Sales and regional leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Provide technical expertise and solution insight throughout the sales cycle to deliver value-driven outcomes.
• Design tailored, data-driven solutions addressing specific business challenges and priorities.
