Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to anchor end‑to‑end customer service and supply chain operations from Beach Road, Singapore. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses and internal teams to ensure accurate orders, efficient inventory management and timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes hands‑on operational excellence, strong stakeholder coordination and continuous process improvements across regional distribution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order fulfilment from demand forecasting to delivery and closure.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers, suppliers and Sales to ensure timely order execution and high satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to meet demand and minimize stockouts.
• Oversee warehouse operations including stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Manage slow-moving, damaged and obsolete inventory; coordinate investigations and disposition or return actions.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers and logistics partners for efficient warehousing, shipment and delivery operations.
• Plan and monitor shipments, transportation activities and freight arrangements to achieve on‑time delivery KPIs.
• Verify logistics invoices and ensure accurate transactional records in SAP/ERP.
• Administer insurance declarations and claims; coordinate with insurers for timely resolution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements and cross‑functional projects to drive operational excellence.
