Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Order Management Representative – Level IV to join our team at Tuas South. This role reports to management and represents Cummins to customers, processing orders end-to-end and driving improvements across order to cash.

Initial onboarding requires three months onsite with flexibility thereafter. You will own customer accounts through the full order lifecycle, act as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams, resolve complex

Qualifications

• College or university degree required; licensing for export controls may apply.
• 3+ years in customer order management, account management or supply chain roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork; time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer accounts through the full order life cycle to ensure on-time shipping.
• Serve as the single point of contact to customers, distribution centers, and plants; maintain accurate documentation.
• Resolve complex inquiries through research and Cummins processes; meet SLAs with timely responses.
• Escalate complex issues with proper documentation to the next level of support.
• Maintain records in the appropriate database/system and ensure export policy compliance.
