Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage customer orders and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and On Time Delivery. You will drive pricing updates, monitor accounts receivable, and maintain ECN/RMA records.

The role requires a degree or diploma and at least 3 years in electronics manufacturing with customer management experience. Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills are essential, along with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or related field, with customer/account management background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Drive and Google Slides.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, fast learner and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customers, managing orders and forecasts to align with business goals.
• Track Demand waterfall chart; monitor customer pull and ensure On Time Delivery (OTD).
• Assist with pricing changes and timely pricing updates to systems; monitor AR and ensure receivables are collected.
• Maintain technical records including ECN, RMA, and sales order updates.
• Collaborate with Customer Focus Team to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
