Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Singapore seeks an Administrator II (Program) to support order and backlog management, ECN coordination, and material tracking. You will be the first line of contact for routine inquiries, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma and at least 2 years in electronics manufacturing or related fields, with strong MS Office and Google tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any discipline, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing or related field with customer/account management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Drive and Google Slides.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer to manage orders and backlog.
• Coordinate engineering changes and update BOMs and part numbers.
• Track material and inventory; flag obsolete items and assist financial liability.
• Communicate with customers on shipping status and returns for repairs.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics with warehouse teams.
• Generate KPIs and reports on OTD, backlog, AR etc.
• Support audits and participate in Lean/ESS programs.
• Manage filing and draw up quotations and PO intake.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
